As the CEO and official GC license holder (CCB License 212137) for Nikao Construction, Vianey Conway drives the vision and operations of the company and is a proud, active participant in local networking groups dedicated to women-owned businesses. She works alongside Brandon Conway, who has spent his life working in construction and learning the trade from the ground up. Together, that background shapes how our team approaches every project, with attention to detail, straightforward communication, and a commitment to doing the job right. As a remodeling contractor serving Forest Grove, OR, we work with both residential and commercial clients who need spaces that function better and last over time.
